1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the following definitions shall apply:

• "567j," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated under the domain 567j.cam and all associated services.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the 567j platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered by a User on the 567j platform.
• "Platform" refers to the 567j website, mobile-optimized web application, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at 567j.cam.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products offered by 567j, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, slots, racing, and other wagering activities.
• "Funds" refers to all deposits, winnings, bonuses, and balances held in a User's 567j Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other promotional offer provided by 567j to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification through government-issued identification documents.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on 567j, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 567j Platform and refrain from creating an Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 567j. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them.

3. Eligibility

To use the 567j Platform and Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with Philippine gaming laws. 567j will verify your age through KYC documentation during the account verification process.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Philippines when accessing the 567j Platform and placing wagers. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or involuntary exclusion from gambling activities under PAGCOR regulations or any other regulatory body.
• No Prior Ban: You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from the 567j Platform for violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

567j reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration and Use

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account on 567j, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• Valid Philippine mobile number
• Email address
• Residential address within the Philippines
• Preferred currency (Philippine Peso is the default and only supported currency)

You agree to update your Account information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the 567j Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or through the use of aliases, family members' names, or third-party identities, is strictly prohibited. 567j employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple Accounts:

• All duplicate Accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any bonuses, winnings, or promotional credits obtained through duplicate Accounts will be voided.
• Deposits made into duplicate Accounts may be forfeited at 567j's sole discretion.
• The User may be permanently banned from future use of the Platform.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

567j is required by law to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide valid, government-issued identification documents upon request, including but not limited to:

• Philippine passport
• Driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) ID
• Other government-issued identification acceptable under Philippine KYC regulations

Verification may be required at any time, including but not limited to Account registration, first withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of the request may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges.

5. Account Security and Responsibilities

5.1 Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security.
• Never share your password with any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent 567j.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 567j immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

567j will never ask for your password via email, SMS, phone call, or live chat. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team immediately.

5.2 Unauthorized Use and Account Compromise

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach, you must notify 567j immediately through our official support channels. 567j is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with Account security obligations.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Funds Management

6.1 Deposits

567j accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following verified payment methods:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• Direct bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine commercial banks
• Instapay and PESONet

The minimum deposit amount is fifty Philippine Pesos (PHP 50). There is no maximum deposit l imit, though 567j reserves the right to impose limits on individual Accounts at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.

All deposits are processed in real time. 567j does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are solely responsible for any fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100).
• Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to the verified GCash or Maya account registered under your KYC-confirmed identity.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in your name, or unverified payment methods will not be processed.
• 567j reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including source of funds declarations for large transactions.
• Verified GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 567j Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is required or applied. You agree that your deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals will all be processed in Philippine Peso.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

567j is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). As part of our compliance obligations:

• 567j monitors all transactions for suspicious activity.
• Transactions that trigger reporting thresholds will be reported to the AMLC as required by law.
• 567j may freeze Funds and suspend an Account pending investigation of suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Users must not use the 567j Platform as a mechanism to launder money, conceal illegally obtained funds, or structure transactions to avoid reporting requirements.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

567j may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso to your Account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the promotion terms as a specific peso amount or multiplier of the bonus value.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another User or Account.
• 567j reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by Users who have accepted the promotion in good faith.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting technical errors, or using strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering contributions vary by game category:

• Slots and electronic games: typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): contribution percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Sports betting: contribution percentage and minimum odds requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Some game categories may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

8. Betting Rules and General Wager Terms

All bets placed on the 567j Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 567j will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances outlined in these Terms or the specific game/sport rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by game, market, Account tier, or prevailing conditions.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game, 567j reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Users.
• Bets placed after the official start of a sporting event will be voided unless the relevant market is designated as a live betting market and was open for in-play wagering at the time the bet was placed.
• 567j's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.

9. Game Integrity and Fair Play

567j is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games and random outcomes on the 567j Platform are governed by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed from certified studios using independently audited dealing procedures. Certified fair play documentation is available from our support team upon request.

567j employs fraud detection systems that monitor for collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse, and any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Users. Any User found to be engaging in such activity will have their Account suspended and all associated winnings voided.

10. Responsible Gaming

567j is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable individuals. You acknowledge that gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be considered a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 567j Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the Platform per session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of your total session time and activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming without permanently closing your Account.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 567j Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts to circumvent limits, restrictions, or to claim promotions multiple times.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 567j Platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, acting as an agent, or operating as an unlicensed gaming intermediary through your 567j Account.
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions in bad faith.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security or integrity of the 567j Platform.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by 567j

567j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from your payment provider.
• Direction from a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Detection of prohibited activity as described in Section 11.

Upon suspension, your ability to place bets, access game lobbies, and make withdrawals will be restricted pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 567j may permanently close the Account and forfeit all associated Funds where permitted by law.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your 567j Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you must withdraw all available Funds in your Account. 567j will process valid withdrawal requests for verified Accounts within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 567j and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 567j Platform.
• Any service interruption, downtime, or technical malfunction beyond 567j's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, scores, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform that do not directly result from 567j's own negligence.
• Gambling losses incurred while using the 567j Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk and that 567j does not guarantee any winnings.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 567j's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 567j Platform, you must first submit a formal complaint to our support team. All complaints must be submitted in writing to our official support email address and must include:

• Your full name and Account username
• A clear description of the nature of the dispute
• The date and time of the event giving rise to the dispute
• Any supporting evidence, including screenshots or transaction references

567j will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving all required information.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the 567j Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure.

15. Changes to These Terms

567j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect Users' rights, 567j will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email or on-Platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the 567j Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.
